February 17, on a fresh Friday morning, key stakeholders of Arden Botanical Estate have all gathered to partake in the groundbreaking ceremony for two of the township’s key projects: The Lindgren and Arden Cafe. 

Looking back

A little right before the pandemic hit globally last 2020, multiple residential projects inside the 251-hectare township of Arden were launched. One of these projects? The Lindgren. In a matter of months, the first phase of this charming Scandinavian-inspired preselling house and lot neighborhood sold out as fast as it came.

It wasn’t easy following the success of the first phase, especially knowing how the housing market works. Values appreciate and properties get more expensive by the year. But for The Lindgren, this only meant delivering even more stunning designs than the last—enter Phase 2 and 3.

The spiked demand for wellness real estate also became a helping hand in emptying out nearly all the inventory for The Lindgren. It is a very welcome and timely architectural trend that should be here to stay. 

Construction for the entire Lindgren village started last January 9, 2023, and is set for completion by year 2025.*

Catapulting the Arden Brand

The Arden Cafe remains an elusive part of Arden Botanical Estate, as only a few existing clients know of the place, apart from the team who conceived the idea for the cafe. It has made a few sporadic appearances on Facebook and Instagram and that’s about it.

Arden’s signature cafe also plays host to exclusive events such as open houses, project launches, tree planting initiatives and and other engaging activities.
